Your donation allows HCZ25 to continue our mission to assist parents, families and caregivers of special needs children connect with area resources that support early development in their child.

Any amount is appreciated. You can choose to make a single donation amount or a dollar per mile pledge. NOTE: 90% of funds raised stay with HCZ25, 10% will be donated to the O's Cool Bike Foundation.

Please make checks payable to Healthy Connections Zero to Five and mail them to the address listed below. For online donations simply follow the prompts on our website donations page.
