New Parents & New Baby
Congratulations and welcome to a new and exciting journey. Raising a child with Down syndrome is a wonderful journey filled with many joys and thrills, and despite some occasional challenges will in many ways be very much like any other child. Our desire at HCZ25 is to be an advocate for you and support you through this new and awesome experience. Remember, early intervention is one of the best ways to help your child develop and thrive.
Toddlers & Preschool
HCZ25 strives to connect families with information and resources to learn the steps of transitioning from early intervention to the school system, along with opportunities to connect and collaborate with others in the Healthy Connections community.
Therapeutic Services
HCZ25 is dedicated to supporting Parents/Caregivers and families connect with various therapeutic services including Family Counseling, Speech, Occupational and Physical therapy for individuals with Down syndrome to support early development from birth to age five
Advocacy and Policy Issues
HCZ25 strives to assist, inform and educate Parents/Caregivers and Families of children with Down syndrome, and our community about ADA Laws and policy issues and give them the advocacy support they need to effectively engage with their communities to advocate for change.
